Kylian Mbappe has rejected a suggestion from the French Football League (LFP) that he should seek mediation with Paris Saint-Germain over the €55m in wages and bonuses the club still owe him.
Mbappe contacted the LFP’s legal department earlier in August to inform them of the problem with PSG. The France

disputed the offer, saying the player had agreed to forgo his wages if he left the club on a free transfer, and he ended up joining Real Madrid when his contract expired. French
outlet L’Equipe reports that lawyers for both parties met this morning (Wednesday) at the invitation of the LFP and were advised that they should seek mediation.
PSG later released a statement saying they welcomed the LFP’s decision and that they had been trying to do so for the past few months.
